FAQ

What is your hourly rate?
My rate falls within the national average, but I do not charge by the hour, rather the scope of the job.

Do I need to supply anything?
No, I bring all of my own cleaning supplies and equipment, including the vacuum.

How do you clean the floors?
I first vacuum the entire surface. Then, I damp mop with surface appropriate cleaners for the kitchen, bathroom, and hardwood floors with a microfiber cloth. I do corners and edges by hand as needed – particularly in the bathroom to avoid build-up along the edges. When tile is present, I use a scrub brush to clean the grout.

Will you clean my oven?
I will clean interior glass and spot clean any large obvious spills as part of your regular cleaning. I do not engage the self-clean oven function due to fire risk and liability. If a manual clean is desired I will do so for an additional charge.

Will you clean behind my refrigerator when doing a deep clean or move in/out clean?
Yes, I will clean behind the refrigerator as part of a deep cleaning/move in/move out service as long as your unit can be easily moved. After moving the refrigerator, I scrub the floor and walls and thoroughly vacuum all vents, which is necessary for proper function and maintenance of the refrigerator.

Do you clean ceiling fans and interior glass?
Yes; I clean ceiling fans and interior glass up to 10 feet.

What should I do before you come to clean my home?
To best prepare for a house or office cleaning, put away personal items and clear surfaces. Doing so allows us to clean more efficiently and provide you with a more thorough cleaning.

Am I able to change or reschedule the day/time of my regular cleaning if needed?
Good communication is at the foundation of our company. We work together with you to find what works best for your schedule and understand that sometimes changes need to be made.

How soon can you start?
We currently have availability in our schedule so we can begin right away.
